The 634th Tank Destroyer Battalion (TD Bn.) fought in many key engagements against German forces in France, Belgium, and Germany between July 1944 and April 1945. The battalion participated in five major campaigns (Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland, Ardennes-Alsace, and Central Europe), primarily with the 1st Infantry Division.

This site is a tribute to the service and sacrifice of the officers and men of the 634th TD Bn. It includes various information about the 634th TD Bn gathered from researchers and from family and friends of unit members. It also includes links to other tank destroyer information that might be of interest to researchers.

We're always looking to expand our knowledge about the battalion to share with others. If you have information (e.g., photos, reports, newspaper clippings, letters) about the unit and its members that you want to share, please contact us.
